Note: Suggestify may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Account Terms
Some features may require a Suggestify account. You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials.
You agree to:

- Feedback Handling: If you collect feedback, you are responsible for ensuring that it is handled ethically and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Reminder: Suggestify provides anonymous feedback tools, but it’s your responsibility to use them in compliance with employment or data protection regulations in your region.
Payment & Billing
Some Suggestify features are available under paid plans. All payments are subject to the terms outlined below.
- Subscriptions: Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.
- Cancellations: You can cancel anytime; access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.
- Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
- Price Updates: Suggestify may modify plan pricing with 30 days’ notice.
All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers. Suggestify does not store your complete payment details.
Termination
Both you and Suggestify can terminate the account relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access to all platform features will cease immediately.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Non-payment or expired billing
- Legal or regulatory compliance reasons

Suggestify provides its services “as is” and “as available” without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the platform.
Use of Suggestify is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any data downloaded or submitted meets your requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suggestify and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Unauthorized access or data breaches
- Service interruptions or errors
- Actions by third parties using the platform
