Payment & Billing

Some Suggestify features are available under paid plans. All payments are subject to the terms outlined below.

• Subscriptions: Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.
• Cancellations: You can cancel anytime; access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.
• Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• Price Updates: Suggestify may modify plan pricing with 30 days’ notice.

All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers. Suggestify does not store your complete payment details.

Termination

Both you and Suggestify can terminate the account relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access to all platform features will cease immediately.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Non-payment or expired billing
• Legal or regulatory compliance reasons

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suggestify and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
